Microsoft fixed the wallpaper so you cannot customize your Personal Computer
I've got Win7 Starter for my netbook and I prefer a black wallpaper instead of this *#!?
And by the way: I dont think that you've got the rights to upload this image on deviantART.

Nobody have the rights to upload microsoft wallpapers but they do like the packs with wallpapers from older windows 7 builds...
